Job Title:

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

Drive admissions through ATL (Above-The-Line) & BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing strategies such as school seminars, public seminars, and residential campaigns within assigned territories.

Institutional Outreach:

Visit schools and engage with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers to promote AESL programs and drive business development.

Home Counselling:

Conduct home visits to counsel students and parents, delivering a seamless experience that leads to student enrollment.

Local Networking:

Build relationships with local tuition teachers and educational influencers to create referral opportunities.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure adherence to all internal processes and compliance standards.

Qualification & Experience
