Key Responsibilities:

Lead Engagement and Management:

• Proactively call on leads assigned in Salesforce (SF).
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions and follow-ups in SF.

Daily Call Targets:

• Ensure minimum 150 dialled calls
• Ensure a minimum of 40 connected calls each day
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients to nurture leads and build relationships

Appointment Setting:

• Book at least 5 branch visits or home demos or zoom demos

Conversion and Follow-up:

• Ensure a minimum of 8 unique branch visits or house visits or zoom calls are conducted in a week
• Provide detailed feedback and reports on the outcomes of branch visits and video calls/home demos to the reporting

manager

Weekly Objectives and Monthly Targets:

• Your monthly targets will be divided into weekly objectives. By conducting daily branch visits, home demos, or virtual

presentations, you must ensure the fulfilment of your weekly targets each week. This consistent achievement will lead to

meeting your monthly targets at a hundred percent completion

Adherence to Compliance:

• Ensure all interactions and engagements are in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
