Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Manager based at Glocal University in Saharanpur. The Admission Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the admissions process, including liaising with prospective students, counseling applicants about courses and enrollment, and coordinating with academic and administrative teams to ensure a seamless admissions process. The role also involves strategizing to achieve enrollment goals, conducting outreach activities, and representing the university at education fairs and seminars.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in planning and executing admissions strategies, and awareness of the admissions process
• Organizational and time management skills for managing multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in marketing and outreach efforts, including working with digital and offline platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and across departments
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office applications
• Previous experience in educational admissions or counseling is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
