As an Admission Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the admission process and ensuring the smooth enrollment of students into our institute. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing annual admission plans and marketing campaigns to meet enrollment targets. - Identifying new markets and channels for student recruitment to expand our reach. - Handling all student admission enquiries through various channels and ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads. - Providing detailed counseling to students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, and career opportunities to facilitate informed decision-making. - Managing the entire admission documentation process and ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory norms. - Supervising and training admission counselors and front-office staff to maintain quality standards. - Coordinating with the marketing team for promotional activities and building relationships with schools, consultants, and partner institutions. - Preparing regular admission reports, conversion analysis, and competitor insights to support decision-making. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree is required. **Experience Required:** - Minimum of 4 years of experience in admissions.
