Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admission Incharge to oversee and manage the complete student admission process. The role requires excellent communication, counseling skills, and an understanding of educational offerings. The Admission Incharge will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission journey—from initial inquiry to final enrollment—ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end admission process for all programs offered by the institution. Respond to inquiries from prospective students and parents via phone, email, and in person. Provide detailed counseling and guidance to students regarding courses, eligibility, career paths, and institute policies. Follow up regularly with leads to ensure timely conversion and maintain lead pipeline. Maintain and update student admission records in the database/CRM system. Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for a smooth onboarding process. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports and present them to management. Handle student grievances related to the admission process, if any. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, counseling, or a related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of education industry trends and student behavior. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Goal-oriented and customer-service focused attitude. Preferred Attributes: Passion for education and student success. Multilingual abilities (English + regional languages) are a plus.
