Admission Incharge

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the admissions team (counsellors, tele-callers, field executives).
• Oversee the complete admission lifecycle—from enquiry generation to final enrolment.
• Develop and execute admission strategies to meet annual institutional targets.
• Guide students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and career pathways.
• Analyse data, track lead flow, enhance conversion rates, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Academics, Accounts, and Management for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with university norms, regulatory bodies, and institutional policies.
• Conduct training sessions for counsellors and support staff to enhance performance.
• Prepare detailed MIS reports, forecasts, dashboards, and performance insights.
• Handle escalations, grievances, and special cases professionally.
• Drive outreach activities such as seminars, school visits, and education fairs.
• Manage admission-related marketing initiatives including lead generation campaigns, outreach events, digital promotions, and collaborating with the marketing team to maintain consistent enquiry flow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Marketing or Education Management preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in college/university admissions with strong leadership experience.
• Excellent team-handling, communication, and counselling skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, CRM/ERP systems, and reporting tools.
• Deep understanding of UG/PG admission processes, eligibility norms, and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak admission periods.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and execution skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,201.29 - ₹35,115.53 per month
