Admission Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a expert Counselor on available UG and PG programs, providing clear insights into eligibility, academic progression, learning outcomes, and future career possibilities.
• Interact with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and live chat to understand their academic history, interests, and long-term goals.
• Deliver tailored counseling sessions, helping students identify programs that best match their strengths, aspirations, and professional ambitions.
• Guide applicants through every stage of the admission process—offering timely updates, clarifying requirements, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience.
• Drive enrollment success by meeting monthly targets related to conversions, follow-ups, and student engagement, while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Document all student interactions, insights, and progress within the CRM to support seamless communication and data accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• 0–2 years of professional experience; exposure to academic advising, student onboarding, counseling, or tele-engagement is an advantage but not essential.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and people-interaction abilities are welcome to apply.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or student management systems is an added benefit.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
