Job Description

The Admission Counsellor plays a crucial role in facilitating student enrollment by guiding prospective parents through the admission process. You will be responsible for promoting the school's programs, addressing inquiries, conducting campus tours, and ensuring a seamless admission experience for families. Your key responsibilities will include managing the admission process by handling inquiries from prospective parents through cold calls and walk-ins. You will provide detailed information about the school's curriculum, facilities, and admission policies while maintaining and updating the admission database. Coordinating parent counseling sessions, school visits, and orientation programs will also be part of your role. Lead generation and follow-ups are essential aspects of this position. You will organize events to generate leads for the school and DayCare, as well as reach out to leads from marketing campaigns and referrals. Regular follow-ups with potential parents to address concerns and encourage enrollment will be crucial, along with developing strategies to increase admission inquiries and conversions. As a School Admission Counsellor, you will represent the school at promotional events, exhibitions, and community outreach programs. Working closely to execute admission campaigns through various channels such as social media, print, and outdoor promotions will also be part of your responsibilities. Building strong relationships with parents to enhance trust and engagement with the school is vital. You will address queries, concerns, and grievances related to admissions professionally while assisting in organizing open house events, orientations, and special programs to improve parent involvement. Ensuring all admission-related documentation is collected, verified, and processed efficiently will be part of your role. The required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or customer service is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP software, are desirable. Being goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently are essential qualities for this position. This is a full-time, permanent job with a day shift and fixed schedule. The required education is a Bachelor's degree, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in school admissions is necessary. Proficiency in English and Hindi is required, and the work location is in person. The expected start date for this position is 01/06/2025.,
