Admission Counsellor at Innovant

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with engineering students, potential leads (students, freshers, professionals) via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Counsel candidates about the CAD and Post Graduate Program in Design – its curriculum, career prospects, and placement support.
• Maintain strong follow-up and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
• Schedule and conduct online counselling sessions or webinars.
• Keep accurate records of leads, conversions, and feedback through CRM or Excel tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing and placement teams for student engagement and success stories.
• Be a brand ambassador for Innovant and contribute to community growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Engineering, Management, or Education preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or edtech sales.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Empathy, patience, and a passion for student success.
• Familiarity with engineering/design domain is a plus.
• Proficient with Google Suite, CRM tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
