Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Admissions Process Management:
  • Handle inquiries from prospective parents via phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
  • Provide detailed information about the school’s curriculum, programs, policies, and facilities.
  • Guide parents and students through the entire admission process, including application submission, assessments, and interviews.
  • Parent Engagement:
  • Organize and conduct school tours for prospective families.
  • Address concerns and queries, ensuring a positive experience for parents and guardians.
  • Build strong relationships with parents to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Student Enrollment:
  • Process applications and maintain accurate records of student admissions.
  • Coordinate assessments or entrance tests, if applicable.
  • Follow up with parents regarding pending documents, fees, or application status.
  • Promotional Activities:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute admission campaigns.
  • Represent the school at education fairs, open houses, and community events.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials such as brochures, emails, and social media posts.
  • Data and Reporting:
  • Maintain and update the admissions database with detailed records of inquiries and enrollments.
  • Generate regular reports on admissions status and targets.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and develop strategies to improve enrollment rates.
  • Coordination with Departments:
  • Work closely with the academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
  • Share information about new admissions with relevant staff for scheduling and orientation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Prior experience in an admissions or counseling role (preferred).
  • Experience in a school or educational institution is an advantage.
  • Key Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Sales and customer relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with admission management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,176.44 - ₹40,846.77 per month
