Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lesson Planning and Delivery:
Design and deliver age-appropriate Hindi lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
Teach fundamental concepts, including grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, and pronunciation.
Use creative teaching methods such as storytelling, poems, and songs to engage students.
Student Engagement:
Encourage active participation through interactive activities, group discussions, and projects.
Foster an appreciation for Hindi literature and cultural heritage.
Adapt teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
Assessment and Feedback:
Evaluate students’ progress through regular assessments, quizzes, and assignments.
Provide constructive feedback to students to improve their language skills.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
Classroom Management:
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning.
Maintain discipline and ensure students follow school rules.
Promote respect for diversity and language differences among students.
Professional Development:
Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and trends in Hindi language education.
Attend workshops, training sessions, and school meetings to enhance teaching practices.
Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and ideas for effective teaching.
Parent Communication:
Keep parents informed about their child’s progress and areas of improvement.
Address parent concerns and provide strategies for language development at home.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,384.51 - ₹38,000.20 per month
