Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Admission Counselor role located in Jaipur. As an Admission Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing them with detailed information about courses, and assisting them in selecting programs suited to their goals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining communication with applicants, addressing inquiries, and facilitating enrollment processes. You will collaborate with the admissions and academic teams to deliver an exceptional experience for students.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist and guide prospective students and parents.
• Ability to perform research, conduct interviews, and assess applicants' fit for various programs.
• Proficiency in customer service and relationship management, ensuring a positive experience for applicants.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple admissions cases efficiently.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with online platforms for managing applications.
• Knowledge of competitive exams and related fields is an added advantage.
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a keen understanding of student and market needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
