Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Jaipur. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to leads, providing product demonstrations, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include gathering market feedback and collaborating with the team to improve sales strategies.

• Ability to demonstrate products and persuade potential customers
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Knowledge of competitive exam preparation products is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
