We are currently seeking a dedicated Pre-Sales Associate for a full-time on-site position in Jaipur. The Pre-Sales Associate will play a crucial role in engaging potential customers, establishing and nurturing client relationships, comprehending customer requirements, and communicating effectively about Class24's offerings. Key responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, addressing inquiries, creating proposals, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance conversions. Additionally, the role entails conducting market research to pinpoint new sales prospects and staying abreast of industry developments. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a background in customer engagement, client relationship management, and understanding customer needs. Familiarity with competitive exam preparation and educational products is essential, along with the ability to conduct product demonstrations and develop sales proposals.
