Role & responsibilities Make 50-100+ outbound calls daily to engage and counsel prospective students who have expressed interest in our products and services. Schedule and organize free demo sessions to effectively showcase our offerings. Conduct timely follow-up calls after demo sessions to resolve queries and guide prospects through the conversion process. Maintain an up-to-date and organized sales pipeline by logging all interactions in the CRM system. Consistently strive to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Preferred candidate profile Strong communication skills are essential Minimum educational qualification: Graduate At least 6 months of relevant experience required Should be available for immediate joining Must be willing to work in a sales and counselling role, and be comfortable working with targets
