Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Following up on inbound inquiries from students and parents.
Using phone calls, emails, and messaging apps to reach out to leads.
Theres a need to manage leads in the CRM with accuracy.
Providing course or program information, sometimes needing to coordinate with academic staff.
Meeting sales targets is expected monthly.
Trying different messaging tactics to improve conversion.
When customers raise concerns, responding in a timely manner is necessary.
Help organize webinars or virtual info sessions occasionally.
Some reports need to be prepared weekly.
