Job Summary:

The Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, understanding their career goals, and suggesting suitable IT training programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for helping students build their future in technology.

Female candidates with dedication and a professional attitude will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students via phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
• Understand students’ educational background, career goals, and recommend appropriate courses.
• Provide complete information about the company’s IT training programs, duration, fees, and career outcomes.
• Maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure conversion of leads into admissions.
• Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
• Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets.
• Maintain records of inquiries, leads, and admissions in CRM software.
• Participate in promotional events, webinars, and workshops to generate leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field).
• 1–4 years of experience as an Admission Counselor / Education Counselor / Career Advisor.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and counseling abilities.
• Good understanding of IT training programs and emerging technologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.
• Ability to work in a team and handle pressure effectively.
