Job Summary:Admission Counsellor The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing information and support to help them make informed decisions about their educational paths. Key Responsibilities: 1. Counseling and Guidance: Provide expert guidance to prospective students and their families on admission procedures, academic programs, and career opportunities. 2. Student Recruitment: Identify and recruit potential students through various channels, including outreach events, referrals, and digital platforms. 3. Application Support: Assist students with the application process, ensuring timely submission of documents and meeting deadlines. 4. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and faculty members to promote a positive and supportive learning environment. 5. Information Dissemination: Provide accurate and timely information about academic programs, admission requirements, and institutional policies. 6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and admission outcomes. 7. Collaboration: Work closely with faculty members, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless admission process. 8. Marketing and Promotion: Participate in promotional activities, such as educational fairs and campus tours, conduct seminars to attract potential students. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field. 2. Experience: Prior experience in admission counseling, student affairs, or a related field. 3.
