### **Job Title:** Admissions Counsellor – IIT-JEE & NEET Preparatory Programs

**Experience Required:** 2+ years in education counselling or academic sales

### **About the Role:**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven **Admissions Counsellor** to guide students and parents in choosing the right IIT-JEE and NEET preparatory programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in academic counselling, a good understanding of competitive exam patterns, and excellent communication and persuasion skills.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* **Student Counselling:** Interact with students and parents to understand their academic goals, aspirations, and challenges.

* **Program Guidance:** Provide detailed information about IIT-JEE & NEET courses, study plans, and institute offerings.

* **Admissions Management:** Assist students through the enrollment process, from inquiry to admission closure.

* **Follow-up & Conversion:** Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, and meetings to convert inquiries into admissions.

* **Database Handling:** Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and feedback using CRM tools.

* **Event Participation:** Coordinate and participate in seminars, workshops, and counseling sessions in schools and colleges.

* **Collaboration:** Work closely with the academic and marketing teams to align counseling strategies with institutional goals.

* **Target Achievement:** Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets.

### **Required Skills & Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree (preferred fields: Education, Management, Psychology, or related).

* Minimum **2 years of experience** in education counseling, academic sales, or admissions.

* Strong knowledge of IIT-JEE / NEET exam structures and student needs.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to handle student queries with empathy and professionalism.

* Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹43,714.65 per month
