Job Description

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Science Teacher to teach students in the primary grades (Classes 1 to 5). The ideal candidate will be passionate about science, skilled at making learning engaging for young children, and capable of building strong foundational knowledge in a fun and age-appropriate way.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach science concepts aligned with the school curriculum and educational standards.
Use hands-on activities, experiments, visuals, and storytelling to make science enjoyable and relatable for young learners.
Prepare and deliver lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs and styles.
Foster curiosity, critical thinking, and inquiry-based learning.
Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
Track and assess student progress through observations, assignments, and assessments.
Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development sessions.
Collaborate with other teachers to integrate science into cross-curricular activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science (B.Sc / M.Sc).
B.Ed degree (preferred or pursuing).
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Creativity in lesson planning and a strong rapport with children.
Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching young learners.

Preferred:

Prior experience teaching in a CBSE-affiliated school.
Familiarity with digital teaching tools or smart boards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
