Job Description: Counsellor & Trainer Organization: Bhartiya Abhigyan Sansthan Location: __________ Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Counsellor & Trainer who can contribute to both business growth and student development. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, training abilities, and a strong understanding of children’s learning psychology. This role combines counselling, training, class handling, and institutional promotional activities. Key Responsibilities Counselling & Admissions Provide effective counselling to parents and students about our programs (DMIT, Mid Brain Activation, NLP, Vedic Maths, Calligraphy, Memory Techniques, etc.). Guide parents in understanding their children’s strengths, learning styles, and developmental needs. Handle walk-ins, inquiries, campus visits, and tele-counselling professionally. Convert counselling leads into admissions and contribute to monthly enrolment targets. Training & Class Handling Conduct engaging and high-quality classes for children based on Abhigyan’s curriculum. Deliver sessions with confidence, discipline, and strong classroom management. Maintain progress reports, class discipline, and overall child development focus. Ensure a positive, motivational, and student-friendly learning environment. Business Growth & Outreach Promote institute programs through school visits, events, workshops, and awareness sessions. Represent the organization in parents’ meetings, community programs, and educational seminars. Assist in planning and executing marketing activities, seminars, and demo sessions. Build strong relationships with schools, parents, and local communities to expand reach. Administrative & Reporting Duties Maintain accurate records of inquiries, admissions, attendance, and performance. Prepare daily/weekly reports for management review. Coordinate with the internal team for scheduling, materials, and event planning. Ensure smooth functioning of all training and counselling activities as per institutional standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education, Psychology, Counselling preferred). Prior experience as a counsellor, trainer, or educator is an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in public speaking and handling groups of children & parents. Ability to meet targets, manage multiple tasks, and work with dedication. Positive attitude, patience, empathy, and child-friendly approach.
