Role: Student Admissions Counselor

Location: Rishihood University, Sonepat, NCR of Delhi.

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Student Admissions Counselor to join our team! This role involves direct engagement with prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process, and ensuring a smooth coordination between departments. If you're passionate about education, love speaking with people, and thrive in a goal-oriented environment, this opportunity is for you.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Make 7080+ outbound calls daily to counsel students who have shown interest in our programs and facilities.

• Schedule interviews/meetings for students based on faculty availability and maintain accurate records with updated remarks.

• Work closely with the academic, marketing, and administrative teams to ensure smooth inter-departmental coordination.

• Conduct campus tours and engage with walk-in students, offering a warm and informative experience.

• Use CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions efficiently.

• Be open to working flexible hours or additional days as needed

Working days: Monday- Saturday

Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
