Administrative Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, including handling student inquiries and walk-ins
  • Maintain accurate student records and documentation
  • Coordinate with the main office in Dubai and academic partners
  • Support the admissions process, including application handling and follow-up
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and student consultations
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure administrative efficiency
  • Assist in organizing exams, seminars, and academic events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 1–2 years of administrative or front-office experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Prior experience in the education sector is an added advantage
