Job Title:

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and client queries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and requirements.
Assist clients with queries related to admissions, payments, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.
Maintain proper records of client interactions and transactions.
Follow up with potential leads and convert them into clients.
Ensure customer satisfaction and meet service quality standards.

Key Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Excellent communication skills in
English
(written & verbal).
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in
customer service, sales support, or coordination
is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
