Role & responsibilities Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries related to Dubai education programs. Explain course details, admission requirements, and other services. Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups. Preferred candidate profile Must be fluent in English (spoken and written) and Hindi (Understandable) Good communication and listening skills.
