Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services. Understand customer needs and provide suitable product/service recommendations. Maintain a strong follow-up with prospects to close sales. Manage and update customer databases (CRM) with accurate information. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and call quotas. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or issues professionally and escalate as needed. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for repeat business.
