Role Overview: You will be an Enterprise client manager in the dynamic job platform business of Job Hai. Your role is vital in supporting key client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction and successful execution of job platform services. A proactive and detail-oriented approach is essential, along with a passion for exceptional customer service and contributing to client growth. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. - Collaborate with Enterprise client managers to understand client needs and expectations. - Analyze client performance data, generate regular reports highlighting key insights and trends. - Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely issue resolution. - Identify and troubleshoot issues faced by key accounts, working with support and technical teams for solutions. - Assist in organizing and participating in client meetings, presentations, and events. - Collect feedback from clients and communicate insights for continuous improvement. Qualification Required: - Basic knowledge of working with Excel/Google sheets. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Experience is required.,
