Hiring for Japanese MNC | Admin Coordinator & Interpreter | Bidadi, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Japanese-English interpretation (daily conversation level to basic business communication)- Business travel arrangements for Japanese staff (flight booking, hotel reservation, transportation)
  • VISA, FRRO, and other administrative procedures-
  • Coordination with local vendors and service providers-
  • General office support and assistance to Japanese expats

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in interpretation, translation, or general affairs
  • Japanese language proficiency: Daily conversation (advanced) to Business (basic) level
  • English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
