Job Description

  • Responsibilities and Duties: Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, facility management, and office upkeep
  • Ensure a clean and efficient work environment for employees
  • Statutory Compliances management by coordinating govt dept and vendors IT Support Coordination: Collaborate with the IT team to manage assets and assist employees with system-related issues
  • Petty Cash Management: Maintain records of petty cash transactions and provide regular reports
  • Joining Formalities: Coordinate onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation of new hires
  • Monthly Payables Management: Monitor, process, and reconcile vendor payments and office expenses
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Flexible Work Hours & Travel: Be available to work five days a week, extend work hours when required, and occasionally work on Saturdays for events or functions
  • Qualifications Executive Administrative Assistance and General Administration skills Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities Experience in Administrative Assistance Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Bachelors degree/Diploma in Business Administration or related field Experience : 1 to 3 years in a similar administrative role
  • Skills : Highly organized, disciplined, and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi (proficiency in additional languages is an advantage)
  • Basic experience in hardware or system administration is a plus
  • Other Requirements : Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and handling multiple responsibilities
