Role Description

This is an on-site volunteer role, located in Ahmedabad, for an Administrative Assistant. The responsibilities include providing clerical support, performing executive administrative tasks, and maintaining effective communication within the office. Additional tasks include managing phone calls with professionalism, supporting day-to-day administrative operations, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.

• Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
• Executive Administrative Assistance experience
• Effective Communication and Phone Etiquette
• Ability to multitask and maintain organizational efficiency
• Proficiency in office tools and general computer skills
• Prior experience in administrative roles is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification preferred
