Job Description

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. 

 

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for performing the following duties and responsibilities with professionalism, accuracy, and adherence to Establishment’s policies and regulatory requirements:


● Handling inbound and outbound phone calls, ensuring prompt responses to patient inquiries and other relevant communications.

● Scheduling appointments and performing front desk duties, such as acquiring insurance authorizations and eligibility checks.

● Assisting office personnel as needed, ensuring smooth coordination between different departments.

● Maintaining accurate documentation of all work-related activities, communications, and transactions.

● Ensuring strict compliance with patient privacy and confidentiality regulations, particularly HIPAA compliance.

● Using Microsoft Outlook Teams as the designated platform for securely storing and managing all patient-related information, with an explicit prohibition on storing such data on personal devices.


  • You are expected to carry out your duties with diligence, confidentiality, and in accordance with all applicable healthcare regulations and Establishment’s policies. The Establishment reserves the right to modify or expand your job responsibilities based on business needs and operational requirements.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
