Our core service is monthly video editing retainers. This means high-volume output, repeatable formats, structured workflows, and fast turnarounds. Our India backend team plays a critical role in streamlining production, maintaining quality, and scaling delivery for international clients.

Role Purpose

video editing services offering ($399 for 30 videos) across Canada

Key Responsibilities

●     Manage and update Excel trackers related to clients, video delivery, and timelines

●     Coordinate tasks between internal team members (e.g., video editors, operations)

●     Draft professional internal and external emails and updates

●     Follow instructions accurately and complete assigned tasks end-to-end

●     Assist with documentation, reporting, and process tracking

●     Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI) to improve efficiency and productivity

●     Stay updated on basic marketing and short-form video trends to support operations

Required Skills & Competencies

●     Strong written and verbal communication

Excel and Word

●     Comfortable using AI platforms and digital tools

●     Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

●     Ability to take direction, ask clarifying questions, and execute independently

●     Comfortable handling repetitive but critical operational tasks
