Our core service is monthly video editing retainers. This means high-volume output, repeatable formats, structured workflows, and fast turnarounds. Our India backend team plays a critical role in streamlining production, maintaining quality, and scaling delivery for international clients.

Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

?Manage and update Excel trackers related to clients, video delivery, and timelines

?Coordinate tasks between internal team members (e.g., video editors, operations)

?Draft professional internal and external emails and updates

?Follow instructions accurately and complete assigned tasks end-to-end

?Assist with documentation, reporting, and process tracking

?Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI) to improve efficiency and productivity

?Stay updated on basic marketing and short-form video trends to support operations

?Strong written and verbal communication
