Job OverviewWe are an Australia-based migration company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Back-End Office Support Executive to manage daily administrative and operational tasks. This role focuses on document handling, online visa application support, email communication, and general backend business operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, have strong English typing and written skills, and be confident using common computer tools and online platforms. Key Responsibilities1. Office & Documentation SupportPrepare, edit, format, and manage documents using MS Word and PDF tools Create and maintain organized folder structures for client and company documents Store, arrange, and retrieve documents efficiently Prepare document checklists and track pending or missing client documents Draft and prepare company documents using official letterhead Handle basic document corrections, file conversions, and formatting issues 2. Visa Application & Migration SupportPrepare and submit online visa applications using provided information Upload documents and ensure accuracy and completeness Follow instructions carefully Maintain strict confidentiality of client data 3. Email & CommunicationHandle and respond to emails professionally Coordinate with the team regarding document status and client requirements 4. Research & Content SupportConduct internet research when required Write blogs or articles using provided content and guidelines Assist in preparing written content for company use 5. Computer & Technical SupportConfident using computers and online systems Handle basic technical issues such as login problems, document access, and file-related fixes Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent English typing and written communication skills Strong working knowledge of: Microsoft Word PDF editing tools Excel spreadsheets (basic to intermediate level) Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to follow instructions accurately and meet deadlines Reliable internet connection Personal computer or laptop Previous experience in administrative, office support, or migration-related work is a plus Additional Skills (Optional – Paid Extra)Candidates with the following skills may receive additional compensation: Social Media & Digital SupportHandling social media accounts (posting and replying to messages) Basic video editing Creating posts using Canva Uploading videos and content regularly Running and managing social media advertisements Maintaining a consistent posting schedule Work Arrangement & PaymentWork from home Flexible working hours (as discussed) Payment based on experience and skills Extra pay available for social media handling skills
