Order Processing: Accurately enter, track, and process customer orders from placement to fulfillment using ERP systems like SAP. Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing updates on order status, and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction. Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, returns, and claims, working to resolve them promptly and within company policies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as sales, logistics, inventory, and finance to ensure smooth order execution and address bottlenecks. Data Analysis & Process Improvement: Analyze order data and reports to identify inefficiencies, trends, and areas for improvement, leading projects to implement solutions and optimize the order management system.
