About the position:
Sales Administration Manager:
In charge of a client portfolio, you will be responsible for managing the entire administrative process. You will act as an expert, advising our sales teams and clients on the most suitable administrative setup during the deployment of the goFLUENT solution. You will therefore play a strategic role within goFLUENT.
Your mission:
Manage and record client orders
Check the compliance of contracts submitted by the sales teams
As a technical expert in administrative processes, you advise sales teams on optimizing client files
Implement a continuous improvement process to ensure fast payment of goFLUENT services
Your role has a direct impact on the performance of our entity
Depending on your expertise and interest, you may be entrusted with projects related to the implementation or redesign of administrative processes
Your strengths:
Motivation, organization, and rigor (attention to detail), with strong respect for deadlines
A good level of written and spoken English
1 to 2 years of experience is preferred
