Key Responsibilities

Administrative Operations & Cross-Departmental Collaboration

• Serve as the central coordination hub across Finance, IT, HR, and Technical teams.
• Streamline workflows and improve interdepartmental communication.
• Proactively identify inefficiencies and implement scalable, practical solutions.

Facility & Infrastructure Management

• Oversee space utilization, maintenance, and office infrastructure upgrades.
• Lead planning of infrastructure changes with minimal disruption.
• Apply critical thinking and quick problem-solving to facility challenges.

Security & Compliance Oversight

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and administrative policies.
• Enhance and monitor physical security protocols.
• Safeguard sensitive company information with utmost confidentiality.

Vendor & Budget Management

• Manage vendor contracts (facility, IT, security) to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality.
• Collaborate with Finance to track expenses and reduce operational costs.
• Challenge inefficiencies to improve processes and save budget.

Process Automation & Continuous Improvement

• Implement digital tools to streamline administrative processes.
• Develop, update, and enforce SOPs for all admin-related tasks.
• Monitor policy adherence while driving process optimization initiatives.

Culture Building & People Management

• Uphold and promote a culture of respect, integrity, and collaboration.
• Handle employee concerns with empathy, fairness, and logical thinking.
