Manager – Administration & Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end

  operations management

  across the organization.
• Manage

  meeting setups

  , including executive meetings, training sessions, and large-scale events.
• Supervise and coordinate

  training hall, conference rooms, and meeting hall setups

  to ensure smooth execution.
• Handle

  vendor management

  , including onboarding, negotiations, performance evaluation, and contract renewals.
• Ensure compliance with

  pharma industry standards

  in operational and administrative processes.
• Develop SOPs for efficient administrative workflows and ensure adherence.
• Monitor facility requirements and coordinate with stakeholders for timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth coordination of logistics, and IT support for meetings.
• Maintain effective

  communication and interpersonal relations

  across departments and with external vendors.
• Lead and mentor junior administrative staff to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

• 8+ years of experience

  in Administration/Operations within the

  pharmaceutical industry
