Job Description

To manage daily tasks and ensures smooth operations within the organization. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including document management, accounts tracking, scheduling, and communication. To act as a crucial link between different departments and stakeholders, facilitating communication and coordination. Key Responsibilities: Office Management: Managing daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence. Communication: Acting as the first point of contact for clients and colleagues, managing phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication. Document Management: Generating, organizing and maintaining company documents, databases, and records. Inventory and Procurement: Managing and overseeing the procurement process. Administrative Support: Providing support to managers and employees with various tasks, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and budget management. Policy and Procedure Implementation: Developing and implementing office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance. Event Planning: Assisting with the organization of events, meetings, and other activities. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
