Administration Head

You are invited to join Madhya Pradesh Football Association (MPFA) in the role of Administration Head based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. As the Administration Head, your responsibilities will include: - Managing documentations of MPFA, including handling all AIFF online procedures such as C.R.S, C.M.S, and letter correspondence. - Regularly updating paperwork related to various matters of MPFA. - Organizing travel bookings and accommodation for MPFA officials and other stakeholders when necessary. - Coordinating various football-related events as required. - Maintaining MPFA's website and other social media channels. - Creating, maintaining, and entering information into the required database. - Managing the supplying inventories provided by the AIFF and other stakeholders. - Creating Player ID cards for all district clubs affiliated with MPFA. Qualifications & Experience: - Must be a resident of Madhya Pradesh. - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the state vernacular for effective communication. - Minimum educational qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any field (Sports Management preferred). - Work experience in football administration at State Associations, Professional Clubs, or AIFF for a minimum of 3 years. - Good knowledge of the domestic football structure and its operations in the country. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software applications. - Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision. - Clinical understanding and knowledge of financial management. - Physically fit to travel domestically for various assignments as required.
