As the Administration Head at Madhya Pradesh Football Association (MPFA) in Jabalpur, you will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. Your primary base location will be in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, and the remuneration package will be as per industry standards. The position is for a single individual, and the deadline to close the application is 02.08.2023. Your key responsibilities will include managing documentations, handling AIFF online procedures such as C.R.S and C.M.S, updating paperwork related to MPFA matters, organizing travel and accommodation for officials and stakeholders, coordinating football events, maintaining the MPFA website and social media channels, managing databases, overseeing inventories, and creating player ID cards for district clubs affiliated with MPFA. To qualify for this position, you must be a resident of Madhya Pradesh with proficiency in English, Hindi, and the state vernacular for effective communication. A minimum educational qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Sports Management) is required, along with at least 3 years of work experience in football administration at State Associations, Professional Clubs, or AIFF. You should have a good understanding of the domestic football structure and operations, knowledge of Microsoft Office and other related software applications, ability to multitask, prioritize projects, complete administrative tasks independently, possess financial management skills, and be physically fit for domestic travel as needed.
