We are hiring Admin Executive/Coordinator

Location -Gurugram Basai

Experience- 1 yrs to 3 yrs

Salary- 25 to 3oK (Negotiable)

Female Candidate only

Key Responsibilities:-


- Provide administrative support to the team & management.- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.- Handle incoming & outgoing communications (emails, calls, queries).- Maintain & organize files, documents & office supplies.- Assist in HR tasks (leave management, employee records, etc.).- Coordinate with vendors, clients & teams for logistics & services.- Prepare reports, presentations & data entry as needed.- Ensure smooth office operations & address admin-related issues.
