Role & responsibilities

Role Overview

Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle overall office administration and daily operations
  • Maintain office supplies, assets, and inventory records
  • Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, pantry, security, and maintenance
  • Manage travel bookings, visitor management, and meeting arrangements
  • Maintain files, documents, and MIS reports
  • Support HR and Accounts teams with administrative coordination
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
  • Handle courier, dispatch, and inward/outward registers

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication skills (English & local language preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Problem-solving and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline
  • Prior experience in office/admin roles
  • Experience handling vendors and facility management
