Role & responsibilities

  • Administrative Support:

    Answering phones, managing emails, greeting visitors, scheduling meetings, and booking travel arrangements.
  • Record Keeping:

    Maintaining physical and digital files, updating databases, and managing records for finances, personnel, and other data.
  • Office Management:

    Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance, ensuring a functional and well-stocked workspace.
  • Financial Tasks:

    Assisting with bookkeeping, expense tracking, invoice processing, and budget management.
  • Communication:

    Serving as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including correspondence, announcements, and information dissemination.
  • Event Coordination:

    Assisting with the organization and execution of company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Policy Implementation:

    Contributing to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures
