Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee material movement and maintain proper records/logs
  2. Manage people movement, including contractors, visitors, and temporary staff
  3. Handle visitor management system and ensure seamless front desk operations
  4. Maintain attendance records for Housekeeping (HK) and Security staff
  5. Coordinate and process invoices with accuracy and timeliness
  6. Prepare and maintain MIS reports:
    1. Inventory Management
    2. Service Reports
    3. Incident Reports
    4. Daily/Weekly Reports
  7. Manage postage and courier services, both incoming and outgoing

Communication Requirements:

  1. Proficient in

    English, Hindi, and Kannada

  2. Strong

    verbal and written communication

    skills

Preferred Qualifications & Technical Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. Experience: 2–3 years preferred; Freshers with the right skills may also apply
  3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

4. Excel skills: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas.
