Be able to quickly root cause customer issues and replicate customer configs in lab environment in limited time, working rapidly to solve customer issues. Be hands on K8S deployment and be able to adapt deployment models to suite diff platforms, and work with other stakeholders to stabilize setups. What you must have: 8-13 years of experience in various protocols for interoperability, performance evaluation and troubleshooting issues of radio access technology. good experience in RAN (5G) Testing , Feature testing (Lab testing) Hands on experience in using wireless test tools such as QXDM, TM500, Channel Emulator, etc. Knowledge of message flows and parameters used in the messages for 5G NR procedures Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Tcl Familiarity in creating complex test plans spanning 5G/4G features and root causing issues, Automation and Scripting is priority for this role.
