Dlyft India LLP is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth flow of information within the organization.

Key

  • Office Management

    : Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring office organization.
  • Communication

    : Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and in-person interactions.
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management

    : Organize and maintain executives' schedules, set up appointments, meetings, and conference calls, ensuring optimal use of time.
  • Documentation & Record Keeping

    : Maintain, file, and organize important documents and records (both physical and electronic) in an efficient manner.
  • Report Preparation

    : Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Travel Coordination

    : Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for employees, ensuring cost-effective and efficient travel plans.
  • Data Entry & Filing

    : Handle data entry tasks, filing, and general office administration tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Customer Service

    : Assist in providing high-quality service to clients, visitors, and other stakeholders as needed.

Office Support

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills

    : Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, employees, and management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office

    : Expertise in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential. Ability to create spreadsheets, manage emails, and prepare presentations.
  • Organizational Skills

    : Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail

    : High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
  • Problem-Solving Skills

    : Ability to address issues quickly and efficiently, finding practical solutions to everyday challenges.

Team Player

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment.

Work Environment:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Saturday.
  • Standard office hours [9:00 AM - 5:30 PM].
