Role: Admin Associate

Position Summary:

The Admin Associate will provide vital administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth functioning of the NGO operations, meetings, and service projects. The individual will assist in coordinating events, managing communication, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce/Administration/Communications).
  • Experience in NGO as Admin.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi/Marathi).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace.
  • Organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Team player with a service-oriented mindset.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Interest in social service, community development, and voluntary organizations.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours (during events or special programs).
