Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA ) In the realm of Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA ), as a diligent Financial Analyst, we undertake a spectrum of crucial tasks on a monthly basis, employing advanced Excel techniques and leveraging inputs from Yardi. Job Summary Support the Finance Director in building financial models, maintaining databases, capital raising, deal diligence, and tracking and analyzing KPIs. Financial Analyst will work primarily with Finance and Capital Markets, but will also work cross departmentally with Investments, Analytics, and Technology. Essential Duties Responsibilities Building and maintaining various financial models for effective decision-making Maintaining databases for investor reporting and loan management platform Assisting with capital raising Deal due diligence Tracking and analyzing KPIs Preparing detailed annual financial budgets and monthly financial forecasts Producing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Monitoring and tracking financial performance, and analyzing variances Participating in cross-functional projects and assisting other finance teams as required Qualifications 2-5 years of experience. Engineering, Math, Finance, Accounting or related bachelors degree from top university required. Proficient in the latest version of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Previous real estate / finance experience through coursework, internship, or previous role required. Strong excel skills are a must. Private equity experience strongly desired. Experience with waterfall modelling desired. Candidate must be highly analytical, detail oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. Candidate will be expected to deliver on long term projects in a timely manner while managing day to day work load. Must be willing to work long hours when necessary. Role Overview We are looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join our Project Finance team, supporting US-based clients in the renewable energy and real estate sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, experience in the solar energy sector, or retrofitted energy systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in complex transactions, investment evaluation, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and review detailed financial models for renewable energy (solar preferred) and real estate projects. Assist funds with determination of cost savings and ROI on energy efficiency Support transaction execution, including debt/equity structuring, refinancing, and acquisitions. Perform scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and risk assessment. Prepare investment memorandum, presentations, and client deliverables.
