Job Summary Support the Finance Director in building financial models, maintaining databases, capital raising, deal diligence, and tracking and analyzing KPIs. Financial Analyst will work primarily with Finance and Capital Markets, but will also work cross departmentally with Investments, Analytics, and Technology. Essential Duties Responsibilities Building and maintaining various financial models for effective decision-making Maintaining databases for investor reporting and loan management platform Assisting with capital raising Deal due diligence Tracking and analyzing KPIs Preparing detailed annual financial budgets and monthly financial forecasts Producing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Monitoring and tracking financial performance, and analyzing variances Participating in cross-functional projects and assisting other finance teams as required Qualifications 2-5 years of experience.
