Job Description

As a Purchases Incharge, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed. Your key tasks will include developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, pricing, terms, and delivery schedules. Issuing purchase orders and ensuring timely deliveries as per production and project schedules will be crucial. You will need to monitor inventory levels, coordinate with various teams for smooth procurement flow, and ensure compliance with internal policies and budget constraints. Additionally, monitoring supplier performance, maintaining procurement records, and working on cost-reduction strategies will be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field, along with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain. Strong negotiation and analytical skills, knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, familiarity with ERP systems, and good interpersonal and communication skills are essential qualifications. On the other hand, as a Commercial Incharge, your responsibilities will revolve around overseeing and managing commercial operations, including contracts, sales support, and customer relationships. You will be handling tendering, bidding, and negotiation processes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and liaising with various departments for smooth commercial execution. Additionally, preparing commercial reports, budgeting, forecasting, monitoring project execution, analyzing market trends and commercial risks, and supporting business development and strategic planning will be part of your key tasks. To thrive in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field, with at least 6+ years of experience in commercial management or operations. Strong knowledge of contracts, tenders, and commercial laws, excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP tools, and the ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams are essential qualifications. Both roles offer full-time, permanent job types with benefits like Provident Fund, day shift schedule, performance bonus, and prefer candidates with proficiency in Hindi and English languages. The preferred work location is Trichy, Tamil Nadu, requiring in-person work.,
